How AI Marketing Attribution collects, uses and protects your information, including the advertising, CRM and revenue data you connect.

This Privacy Policy explains what information aimarketingattribution.lol ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website, the attribution workspace, your account area and paid plans.
We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
Attribution depends on deal level data, which can include names, company domains and email addresses of your customers and prospects. You control that data: we process it only to match touches to revenue for you, and we do not sell it or use it to train models.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the customer data you connect, and for honouring deletion requests from the people in it.
We use the information described above to create and secure your account, to match advertising touches to pipeline and revenue, to run attribution models and insight reports, to meter plan usage, to process subscription payments, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences and reporting model, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. You can clear them in your browser, but signing in depends on them.
We share limited data with the providers that make the Service work. Each provider processes data under its own terms and only for the purposes we describe.
Matched touch and revenue records are stored for as long as your workspace exists and you keep them, subject to the plan limits you can see in your account. Removing a connection or deleting a workspace removes the associated records from the live store within thirty days, except where we must keep them for accounting or legal reasons.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as we need them for accounting, tax, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Server logs are kept for a short operational period.
We use encryption in transit, workspace isolation, access controls and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we limit what we store in order to reduce the impact of any incident.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because connected data and attributed reports can be exported and deleted from the workspace, most requests can be satisfied directly. For anything else, email support@aimarketingattribution.lol and we may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the Last updated date above.
