This Refund Policy explains when aimarketingattribution.lol issues refunds for paid plans. It applies to subscriptions purchased through our checkout, which is processed by Stripe.

2. Free evaluation before you pay
You can sign in with Google and use the demo workspace before subscribing, so you can see the dashboard, the attribution models and the insight reports first. We encourage you to evaluate the Service this way before paying.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. We do not refund the current month once it has started, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
4. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not connected production advertising and CRM accounts, we refund the unused portion of the year. After 14 days the annual amount is non-refundable, but access continues until the end of the period.
5. Duplicate and incorrect charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full. Include the email address on the account and the date of the charge.
6. Service failures
If the Service is unavailable for a sustained period in a billing month, or a defect on our side prevents you from using the workspace, contact us. We will refund the affected period or extend your subscription, whichever you prefer.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@aimarketingattribution.lol with the account email, the charge date and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
